We are thrilled to share that we will be opening some outstanding wines from one of the most prized producers in Montalcino on July 7th. In fact, Ciacci Piccolomini is one of the most sought-after producers in all of Italy. This ancient estate has 35 hectares of superior holdings in the prized Castelnuovo dell’Abate zone, including the ‘Pianrosso’ vineyard (meaning ‘red field,’ a reference to the iron rich soils) and the ‘Fonte’ vineyard. We’ll be offering a flight of 3 wines including a rosso and 2 vintages of their celebrated Pianrosso Brunello. These are wines that are rarely (if ever) offered by the glass, so you wont want to miss this opportunity!
