Private Events at Coast

With its old-world charm, intimate setting and both indoor and outdoor space, Coast is the perfect venue for small-to-medium sized affairs. Whether you’re looking to host a wine tasting, a celebratory gathering with friends and family or a corporate party, we would love to help bring your vision to life.

CAPACITY:

30 guests max (indoor seated)

Up to 40 guests (indoor seated & standing)

Up to 60 guests (indoor + outdoor, seated & standing)

PRICING:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays:

$500 rental fee + $1,200 spending minimum

Fridays & Saturdays:

$1,000 rental fee + $1,200 spending minimum

100% of the rental fee is due to save the date. Minimums are composed of food and beverage spends and subject to sales tax and 20% auto gratuity.

STYLES OF SERVICE:

Seated wine tasting:

Coast wine tastings are an intimate but relaxed way to gather with friends, experience Coast and learn about wine. This style of service is great for guests looking for something wine-forward and immersive.

A custom wine tasting flight is designed with your partnership. At the event our staff would guide your group through the wines sharing tasting notes, producer info and tips on how to fine-tune individual wine bios. The goal is to help you confidently find more of what you love. Snack pairings would be provided for each table (priced at $14/guest).

Open-House:

This style encourages mingling. It’s great for groups looking for something more relaxed. A custom beverage program (including wine, cocktails, beers & NA options) is designed with your partnership based on your needs. For food we provide grazing boards to accommodate your group size (priced at $140/10 guests).

OTHER DETAILS:

Private events must be booked at least 30 days in advance of the planned date.

Private events can last up to 3 hours.

On occasion we do allow food to be catered if you’d like to bring something on premise. Let us know what you have in mind! We’re always open to exploring new things but please know that we have limited storage space and heating/cooling capacity.
